We’ve all heard that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, when first period starts at 7:25 a.m., breakfast can be a rare occurence in a high school student’s morning routine. Whether it’s a waffle, a bag of your favorite cereal or a yogurt, breakfast can be extremely beneficial to upkeeping metabolism and fighting that third period pre-lunch hunger. For this week’s Up-at-Bat, WJ students share their favorite cereal brands to eat for breakfast.
