First year coach Lindsey Zegowitz has already begun leading the Girls Varsity Basketball team to victory in a wide-open battle for the 4A division. They started the season winning their first three games, against Clarksburg, Blake and Blair. After a year in which only one senior graduated, the team has most likely benefited from their growing experience and has learned to adapt to the style of a new coach.

The Pitch sat down with Coach Zegowitz to get more perspective on her experience, her decision to coach the team and her relationship with the girls.
