Late in the first quarter of the second round of the NBA playoffs, the Chicago Bulls game stopped for a TV timeout. Chicago Bulls fan and rapper Kanye West took this as an opportunity to perform his new hit song, “All Day.”
The result of the impromptu performance was just as awkward as you would imagine. Basketball fans stared at Ye in shocked silence as he stumbled through his verse, even refusing to put their hands up after the Grammy winner’s prompting. Despite the uncomfortable nature of the performance, its hard not to respect Kanye’s confidence. It is moments like these which make Kanye one of the most polarizing artists of our generation.
