Hope Marshall, Staff Photographer & Writer
Hope Marshall, a senior at WJ, is the staff photographer and one of the staff writers for The Pitch this year. This will be Hope’s first year and she is excited to be a part of the paper. Photography is one of her passions and is eager to share this with the school. Other than photography she plays the piano, enjoys tennis and loves to travel hoping to one day visit all seven continents. Hope speaks English, German, French and Chinese. Born in Brussels, Belgium and living there for a short period of time, her family then moved to Hong Kong when she was four, moving back to the states in the eighth grade. Hope was encouraged by her father who has been a reporter for the LA times for 27 years to write for The Pitch.
