After joining The Pitch in the middle of her sophomore year, Selma Stearns was Print Feature Editor as a junior and is now one of three Print Editor-in-Chiefs. She is excited to take on this task because she loves The Pitch and also loves bossing people around.

Selma’s passion for journalism started at an early age, as her father was the Editor-in-Chief of his high school paper and is now a reporter for Voice of America, so she grew up in a household of proper grammar with a heavy emphasis on reading the newspaper.

Outside of class, Selma likes to act and has participated in WJ S*T*A*G*E since freshman year. She has a twitter (@selmuh), instagram (@selmuh) and a Facebook. Her favorite things to do outside of school are watch Netflix and drink coffee. Her least favorite things to do outside of school are sports, college apps and sports.
