Junior Elizabeth Fogg runs a 5K behind Elizabeth Finn in the Gunpowder Falls Invitational; during the cross-country season. Running long distances is preferred by Fogg because she enjoys pushing her body to the limits. “Runners’ high is real, and I feel it most when I run long distances,” Fogg said.
