Marc Waldman 1. If you use the hair dryer as a kid, you’re going to end up bald like Mr. Clean.

There are many stories our parents tell us as kids to stop us from doing things in the future. As we get older, we realize that a majority of tales told to us by our parents are only just tales to scare us straight. No matter the culture, each group has their own set of old wives tales. However, what about the tales that are true and get overlooked?
