• First or Second Degree Rape
• First, Second or Third Degree Sex Offense
• First or Second Degree Attempted Rape
• First or Second Degree Attempted Sexual Offense
• Assault with Intent to Commit First or Second Degree Rape, First Degree Sex Offense or Second Degree Sex Offense as Prohibited On or Before Sept. 30, 1996

Offenders

• Child Kidnapping (Child under the Age of 16)
• Kidnapping (Victim under the Age of 18)
• False Imprisonment of a Victim under the Age of 18 by an Individual Who is Not the Victim’s Parent
• Fourth Degree Sex Offense (Victim under the Age of 18)
• Solicitation of an Individual under the Age of 18 to Engage in Sexual Conduct
• Child Pornography
• Any of the Prostitution and Related Crimes Under Title 11, Subtitle 3 of the Criminal Law Article if the Intended Prostitute or Victim is under the Age of 18
• Any Crime that Involves Conduct that by its Nature is a Sexual Offense Against an Individual under the age of 18
• Any Attempt to Commit a Crime on this List
