Despite sitting out last season with a broken collar bone, Madden was named a captain this year because of her dedication on and off the court. “This year I am one of the three [captains] to get everyone pumped and excited to play,” said Madden. “To be recognized as a leader from my teammates and coaches means so much to me.”
