P4P Pong Fundraising Event
On Tuesday afternoon, February 20th, a competitive pong tournament fundraiser for Pennies 4 Patients (P4P) was held from 7 – 9 PM in the WJ cafeteria. To participate, there was $10 fee for every group of two. Students got into pairs and competed against others by competitively tossing ping pong balls into cups and also came with various matching costumes. Seniors Connor Phelps and Stephen Ruder ended up winning 1st place. The event was organized by WJ’s leadership students, with the proceeds going towards the Leukemia and Lymphoma society like all other P4P events.
