Watching somebody open the perfect present is one of the best parts of the holiday season. Use this gift guide to find a meaningful gift that they will be sure to love.

As the holiday season approaches, gift giving commences. Everyone knows what types of gifts they want, but when it comes to purchasing gifts for other people, nothing comes to mind. Here are some gift ideas for the different people in your life that will be sure to make your holiday shopping this year a little less stressful.

Gifts for teachers
Teachers do so much for us and are often under-appreciated. It’s great to get them a gift during the holidays to thank them for everything they do. Here are some ideas:

A thoughtful thank you note
Colored pen set – $10
Candles – $10
Notebooks and checklist notepads – $12
Mug filled with a hot chocolate set, candy, etc. – $15 to $20
Gift cards – $30 or less

Secret Santa gifts
These tend to be some of the most stressful gift giving situations. It can be really hard to get a good gift for a person you may not know as well. Here are some ideas that you can’t go wrong with:

Expensive:
For some of the more special people in your life, such as friends and family members, you may want to purchase a more expensive gift. Here are some ideas on what that gift could be:

Amazon echo – $20
Hydro Flask water bottle – $30+
Concert/sporting event tickets – $50+
Bluetooth photo printer – $70
Shoes (air force 1’s, vans, nike, etc.) – $70+
Bluetooth portable speaker- $130
Airpods – $100+
Apple watch – $240+

Charities:
Another great gift idea for the holiday season is to donate to a charity in someone else’s name. Someone did this for my family last year during covid and it really was the best gift. Here are a few charities to choose from:

Toys for tots
Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation
Best Friends Animal Society
StrongMinds
Make-A-Wish Foundation
