Photo gallery: Wildcats shoot down Rockets in delayed home opener
The Wildcats make a statement entrance as they prepare to take on Richard Montgomery. WJ would go on to win the game 53-22 and improve to 2-0 on the season.

Senior Reid Wisniewski makes an impressive grab, putting six points on the board for the Wildcats. Wisniewski is off to a hot start in his senior campaign.
The Richard Montgomery sideline celebrates a pick-six. This was not enough for the Rockets as the loss took them to 1-1 on the season.
Junior kicker Seth Stein attempts for an extra point conversion. Stein converted the extra point as the Wildcats won their first home game of the season.
The Wildcats’ home stand was far less populated for the 9:00 a.m. kickoff following a Friday night weather postponement.
