  • Juniors Leo Holma and Kerlous Mekhail raise awareness with their board on abusive relationships. “We wanted to inform people on abusive relationships by providing the places someone can go for help,” Holma said.

  • Senior Eli Herman and sophomore Taisei Burroughs give their take on energy drinks. “Energy drinks improve your endurance and alertness, while possibly causing heart complications,” Herman said.

  • Sophomores Maya Bezabeh and Rimna Mesfin provide insight on the effects of driving under the influence. “Drinking will slow response times, cause shaking, and driving [under these conditions] will most likely lead to a crash,” Bezabeh said.

  • Juniors Emma DeLong and Torben Mucchetti educate students on the dangers of tornadoes and how to protect yourself from them. “Make sure to stay inside and get under something sturdy, like a table, to stay safe,” Mucchetti said.

  • Sophomore Lihi Chookrun, sophomore Juliette Achouch-Sauvage, senior Gabriel Pimenta and senior Maanya Upadhyay share their ways to prevent dating violence. “Dating violence is not just sexual, but also physical, social and emotional abuse,” Chookrun said.

  • Juniors Shane Moreland and Noah Clash-Drexler share the importance of sleep. “Sleep reduces stress and improves mood, while carrying practically no negative effects,” Moreland said.
